Learning Illustrator was by far my biggest obstacle for this project. Since Painting is my preferred medium, thinking about images as anchor points and paths served as a major mental block for me. Learning the image trace tool helped me get more complex images into my final piece without having to outline them all by hand. That being said, getting the traced images to somewhat match my hand-drawn elements was another issue to work through. As an art piece, I'm not really happy with the final result but, as my first piece with Illustrator, I don't entirely hate it.
